To do Campus Board Offset Deadhangs, start with one arm on a low rung and one arm 1-4 rungs above that. Lift your feet off the ground and hang for the recommended amount of time. Your arms should be bent. Drop off and switch arms so that both are worked equally.

Do not crimp hard or use your thumbs. Use an open-handed crimp grip and let your thumbs just be bent, not grabbing or pinching the rung.

Make this easier by using a larger rung and/or putting feet on.

Make this harder by using smaller rungs.

Campus Board Offset Deadhangs are used in our rock climbing training programs available on this page.
