What topics are covered in the book

The book includes climbing specific injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols for the neck, shoulders, biceps, triceps, elbows, wrists and fingers. In addition, it covers topics such as proper warm-up routines, daily prevention exercises, core strength programs, mindful movement patterns, mind/body balance, nerve glides and more.

How is the book different than the “Rock Rehab Protocols”

The rock rehab protocols are specific to one injury and provide a step-by-step protocol, timeline, and exercise videos that can be used in conjunction with self-performed diagnostic tests to help climbers rehabilitate injury. The protocols contain similar exercises as those in the book but are meant as a supplement to book by giving more in-depth timelines and progressions for a specific injury.
